We are looking for a Global Labelling Team Lead to join us in our Labelling, Promotion & Advertising team, based in our Brussels, Belgium offices.
About the role
You will lead a global team responsible for regulatory labeling, promotional, and advertising activities. You are going to shape global labeling strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support product development and commercialization across international markets.
Who you’ll work with
You will work closely with a diverse, cross-functional group of regulatory, medical, safety, legal, and commercial colleagues. You are going to collaborate globally, aligning teams around shared regulatory goals.
What you’ll do
* You will lead, mentor, and support a global regulatory labelling team.
* You will define and execute global labelling strategies across products.
* You will manage TCLP and CCDS development and governance processes.
* You will guide local labelling committees and ensure global consistency.
* You will review and advise on promotional and advertising materials.
* You will monitor regulatory changes and adapt processes proactively.
Required education, experience and skills
* You will bring 12+ years of regulatory experience within pharmaceuticals.
* You will have deep knowledge of global labelling regulations.
* You will demonstrate strong leadership and people development skills.
* You will communicate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
* You will apply strategic thinking to complex regulatory challenges.
* You will adapt confidently to digital tools and evolving ways of working.
