If so, we are partnered with a unique brand in the Flemish region that are searching for a senior scrum master to start on a project ASAP.
What is your role?
* Help facilitate agile introductions whilst receiving full support from IT managers and a scrum team of 8 people to help navigate a re-structuring within their data and software department.
* Be able to truly influence their teams working closely with Product Owners, (Project) Managers, stakeholders and other teams to ensure clear priorities, realistic planning, and transparent delivery.
* Drive consistent delivery of sprint commitments and sprint goals within a fast-paced environment where innovation is continuously promoted.
What is your background?
* 8+ years experience in a position of Scrum Master/ Senior Scrum Master
* Extensive background within either Software or Date Engineering teams
* Clear consistent experience within helping navigate multiple different teams
* Fluent Dutch and English Speaking
What is your offer?
* Start date ASAP
* 2 Days onsite in Mechelen with 3 days remote working
* 6 Months contract initially with 6 months extension t follow
