GIS DATA OPERATOR

We are seeking a GIS Data Operator to support data updates and documentation for infrastructure projects. The role involves maintaining accurate records of pipeline construction and modifications, topographical data, and asset details.
Responsibilities:
* Update "as-built" pipeline data and ensure alignment with construction schedules.
* Maintain topography, ground level, and asset records.
* Verify pipeline positions, prepare field measurement files, interpret results, and update databases.
* Produce diagrams, layout plans, and detailed maps.
* Monitor data-related projects and liaise with internal teams for updates.
* Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team.
* Collaborate with asset data experts to improve IT tools and processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in surveying (preferred), geography, or geology.
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Familiarity with field measurement techniques and GIS tools.
* Understanding of relational databases and G-technology is a plus.
* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in one national language and working knowledge of the other.
