Functieomschrijving For our client, a leading innovator in healthcare technology, we are seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to play a pivotal role in driving accurate demand forecasting and alignment across commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. In this position, you will support planning for cutting-edge medical technologies, including new product launches, lifecycle management, and integration of acquisitions. Your expertise will help optimize inventory, enhance service levels, and enable strategic decision-making while acting as the key liaison for EMEA commercial and customer service teams. What will you do?: Ensure accurate forecasting: create and sustain demand forecasts by leveraging advanced analytics, market insights and historical data Work together with other teams (sales, marketing, finance, customer service) to harmonize forecasts and incorporate business insights Take part in monthly S&OP meetings by delivering valuable demand insights and identifying potential risks and opportunities Assist with new product launches Oversee product lifecycles Contribute to inventory planning strategies Ensure accurate planning data in Kinaxis and Oracle, develop reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making Serve as the primary link between commercial and supply chain teams across EMEA, supporting regional and global planning initiatives Profiel Who are you?: You have a bachelor’s degree in management, business, supply chain or a relevant field You have 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG You speak fluently English (essential), additional languages are a plus Proficiency in statistical analysis, Oracle ERP, and Kinaxis RR Planning Organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment You have strong attention to detail and an analytic mindset, enabling precision across reporting and planning You establish strong, credible relationships across teams and communicate complex information clearly Anticipate potential challenges, analyse discrepancies, and implement effective solutions Reflect our customer's core values of accountability, urgency, innovation, and integrity Aanbod What we offer: Competitive Benefits: access a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, wellness programs, and flexible work arrangements
