Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
As Head of Sales – Telecom (Benelux), you will drive the expansion of our telecom footprint across Belgium and the Benelux region. Your mission is to open new strategic telecom accounts, build durable commercial relationships with operators, and leverage our strong nearshore capabilities in Tunisia to deliver high-value services.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy, act as the main commercial point of contact for the region, and progressively structure the telecom activity in Benelux — with the long-term opportunity to grow into a broader European leadership role.
Your key responsibilities
* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for telecom clients in Belgium and the Benelux region.
* Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key telecom operators (e.g., Proximus, Telenet, Orange Belgium, Base).
* Promote our nearshore expertise and ensure successful integration with our strong delivery center in Tunisia.
* Build and grow your commercial pipeline through proactive hunting and strategic account development.
* Act as a trusted advisor for clients on telecom transformation, outsourcing, and nearshore delivery models.
* Ensure the quality and continuity of ongoing engagements in collaboration with delivery and operations teams.
* Represent the telecom vertical internally and externally, contributing to our European growth strategy.
* Prepare the foundations for future team development as the business scales.
What We're Looking For
Must-have qualifications
* 5 to 10+ years of experience in the telecom sector, ideally with or within telecom operators.
* Solid background in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Key Account Management.
* Proven ability to open new markets, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and close strategic deals.
* Strong knowledge of the Belgian and Benelux telecom ecosystem.
* High autonomy, energy, ambition, and ability to operate in a "solo builder" role at early stages.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
* Experience within consulting or IT service companies (e.g., Alten, Accenture, Davidson, Experis...).
* Exposure to nearshore/offshore delivery models.
* Existing network within Benelux telecom operators.
* Previous experience building a market or business unit from scratch.
