Your role
As a Project Manager in the Life Sciences sector, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from design to validation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Managing end-to-end engineering projects in GMP and non-GMP environments, with focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
* Leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and Technical departments
* Coordinating qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for manufacturing equipment and facilities
* Implementing and managing restart projects for production units, ensuring compliance with GxP standards
* Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery
Your profile
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and stakeholder management
* Experience with validation processes and documentation in regulated environments
* Excellent communication skills in English and good level of French
* Ability to challenge strategies and propose high-quality solutions
