What will you do?
In this role we are seeking an experienced team manager, managing a team of around 10 with a main focus on research and concept design, your team will be instrumental in creating intuitive and innovative digital product solutions. Designs that will elevate user satisfaction and deliver results across multiple platforms & devices.
User Research and Design Development:
· Conduct design research and co-creation workshops.
· Develop design principles, personas, scenarios, journeys, requirements, and user stories.
· Translate insights into UX concepts, wireframes, and user flows.
· Create prototypes, from sketches to interactive digital tools.
· Plan and conduct usability testing and expert evaluations.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Interface with clients, facilitate meetings, and ensure vision alignment.
· Collaborate with internal teams to transform insights into user-centric products.
· Participate in pitches and business development activities.
Agile Development:
· Work within agile software development projects, turning design concepts into real products and services.
· Iterate and enhance design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Professional Development:
· Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

· You are skilled at conducting engaging workshops and brainstorming sessions.
