Takeda is hiring an Equipment Lifecycle QC (Senior) Associate to drive operational excellence in Quality Control! /p h1What you bring to Takeda: /h1ulliManage lifecycle activities for analytical equipment, including calibrations, qualifications, maintenance, and technological updates. /liliCoordinate and plan equipment qualifications, maintenance, and new technology trials. /liliEnsure proper documentation updates and data management using systems like LABWARE or Regulatory Asset Manager. /liliAuthor and review maintenance procedures and provide technical training/support to QC laboratory colleagues. /liliHandle deviations, investigations, and CAPA processes for lab equipment. /liliCollaborate with IT teams to mitigate data integrity risks. /liliPropose innovative practices and process enhancements /liliParticipate in cross-departmental improvement initiatives /liliDevelop proficiency in critical skills like digital tools and software. /li /ul h1How you will contribute: /h1ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Bioengineering) or equivalent experience. /liliMinimum b3 years of experience /b in analytical equipment qualification and maintenance (pharmaceutical GMP). /liliKnowledge in lab analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC-MS, FTIR, ELISA and others is a plus. /liliStrong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. /liliAssertive and adaptive under stress. /liliFluent communication in French and English. /li /ul h1What Takeda can offer you: /h1pWe want our employees to succeed in everything they do – at work, at home, and in the community. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product or putting anyone at the site in harm's way. In this role, you may: /pullipWork in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas. /p /lilipNeed to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment. /p /lilipWork in a cold, hot environment and load manual handling. /p /lilipWork multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary. /p /lilipWork around chemicals and biologicals products that may require specific protection (respiratory, skin, etc.). /p /li /ul h1More About Us: /h1pThe Takeda Lessines manufacturing site plays a vital role in the production of Takeda’s plasma-based therapies.
