SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT (Fintech)
A well-established financial technology company with over two decades of industry experience, this organization specializes in providing advanced software solutions for investment and asset management. Its products are used by a range of financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, and insurers, across both European and North American markets. The company's expertise in portfolio analytics—particularly in performance measurement, risk analysis, and ESG factors—is widely recognized by professionals in the financial sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead software implementation projects for both new and existing clients, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements and translate them into actionable software configurations.
* Prepare detailed proposals and reports customized to individual client specifications.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, coordination, and risk management.
* Maintain close communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and provide support during the implementation phase.
* Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.
* Provide support and guidance to junior consultants as needed.
* Participate in the ongoing optimization of internal processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in finance, management science, or equivalent professional experience.
* A minimum of three years’ experience in portfolio or asset management, or a closely related field.
* Strong interest and competency in IT and financial markets.
* Proficiency in French; good command of English.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
* High attention to detail, particularly in client-specific configurations and documentation.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
