Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to design and validate solutions for customer‑facing digital platforms, with a focus on Salesforce and digital experience ecosystems.
Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes, user needs and requirements in a digital context.
* Translate requirements into clear functional analyses, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Support backlog refinement, sprint preparation and clarification during delivery.
* Validate delivered solutions against functional requirements and business expectations.
* Contribute to testing, user acceptance and functional documentation.
Digital & Platform Context (DCX)
* Work on customer portals, self‑service applications and omnichannel journeys.
* Engage with CMS‑driven or headless digital experience platforms.
* Integrate digital ecosystems combining frontend, backend services and CRM platforms.
* Ensure functional consistency across channels and touchpoints, always keeping the customer experience in mind.
Salesforce Focus
* Analyse and model business processes within Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
* Translate business needs into Salesforce‑compatible functional designs.
* Collaborate closely with Salesforce technical teams to ensure correct implementation.
* Support configuration decisions and validate platform behaviour from a functional perspective.
* Ensure integrations between Salesforce and other digital platforms are functionally sound.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
* Strong analytical skills and experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
* Experience working in digital or customer‑centric environments.
* Affinity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
* Familiarity with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban).
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Comfortable working in complex, multi‑team environments.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce clouds or certifications.
* Experience with digital experience platforms or omnichannel solutions.
* Basic understanding of integrations and API‑based architectures.
* Experience working closely with UX and design teams.
