Medical Grants & External Funding Contractor (Brussels Preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Medical Grants & External Funding Contractor to support global medical grant and external funding processes. This role is ideal for someone detail‐oriented, operationally strong, and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
About the Role
You will support the end‐to‐end coordination of medical grants and external funding activities—from intake and review through contracting, payment, reconciliation, and close‐out. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the central contact point for internal and external stakeholder queries related to the grants and external funding process.
* Manage daily operational tasks across the funding lifecycle: intake, review routing, tracking, contracting support, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and compliant execution.
* Support contract preparation and execution for medical grant requests.
* Ensure requests move efficiently through the correct review and approval pathways.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
