Account manager Collect Service Randstad professionals is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Account manager Collect Service to act as the single Point of Contact for our affiliated stores regarding all matters related to the Collect service. This individual will manage a portfolio of stores, providing support, resolving issues, and helping them optimize their commercial performance. A core aspect of this role is building trusting relationships with affiliated store owners/employees while ensuring alignment with the vision & objectives of our e-commerce department. The Account manager Collect Service will frequently travel to conduct store visits, balancing existing Collect stores with prospecting stores currently not having the service yet. The role reports directly to the B2B Manager and involves close collaboration with two other E-Commerce Field Partners. Key Responsibilities ● Serve as the main point of contact for affiliated stores regarding all Collect service-related topics, through phone, ticket resolution, and store visits. ● Develop and maintain trusted relationships with affiliated store owners/employees, understanding their perspectives and aligning them with the company’s e-commerce vision. ● Address operational and sometimes technical issues related to the Collect service, ensuring effective resolution. ● Regularly visit stores to offer hands-on support, gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and resolve challenges directly on-site. ● Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions. ● Prospect new store opportunities to expand the Collect service network. ● Collaborate with two other E-Com Field Partners, sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences to ensure consistent and aligned approaches. ● Act as an advocate for the Collect service, ensuring consistent communication and alignment between the stores and the broader organization. Experience ● Previous experience in managing store networks and/or retail environment is a must. ● Proven experience in a customer-facing/relationship management role. Skills & Competencies ● Strong relationship-building and trust-building skills with a commercial acumen. ● Capacity to address operational and technical challenges in a pragmatic manner. ● Hands-on mindset, comfortable with frequent store visits. ● Structured & organized. ● Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively and share best practices with peers. ● Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and translating them into actionable insights. ● Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch is mandatory. Practical Information ●This is a temporary assignment till end of 2026, in fulltime regime with occasional support on Saturdays to resolve urgent issues. ● Regular travel across Belgium to visit affiliated stores. As a Randstad consultant on our payroll you can choose a company car. Otherwise you must need our own vehicle. ● Hybrid working arrangement: minimum of 2 days per week at the office (Kobbegem/Puurs).
