Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator
with change management experience
to join our team in Brussels

This role is ideal for people with possess a strong operational mindset. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of various operational tasks, with a focus on invoice management and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage operational tasks related to invoice processing and procurement.
* Utilize SAP for invoice management and Ariba for procurement activities.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
* Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed.

Profile Requirement
We are looking for candidates who are
trilingual
(Dutch, French, English)
and have a keen eye for detail. While experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not required, previous experience with SAP (invoices) and Ariba is a big plus. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly and contribute effectively to our operational processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

* Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
* Practical experience with SAP (invoice management) is a plus.
* Change management experience is required
* Familiarity with Ariba for procurement activities is a plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
