1. Manage the full order process: from price confirmation to delivery and invoicing.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, complaints, and requests.
3. Coordinate customer inventory tracking and monthly reconciliation.
4. Support and optimize the billing process, including data input in ERP systems.
5. Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently and accurately.
6. At least 5 years of experience in customer service and logistics within an international context.
7. Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
8. Familiar with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP).
9. Strong communication, customer focus, and autonomy
