* Safeguard property assets through proactive risk management and mitigation strategies;
* Maintain accurate records of permits, certifications, and compliance reporting;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools and new technologies that enhance reliability and cost control;
* Contribute expertise to real estate planning and budgeting initiatives;

You have a passion for improving processes and driving innovation. You possess excellent project management skills and are proficient in multiple languages (Dutch/French/English).
