--- This not a full-time position, but a paid traineeship (4-6 months) ---
Learn more in 6 months than most people do in 3 years.
At Cyclecure, we're the leading after-sales repair and refurbishment partner for micromobility brands across the Benelux — think of all major brands you see on the streets or any retail store. We are completing thousands of repairs each month and have no intention to slow down.
We're looking for a hands-on, curious intern to join our warehouse team immediately. This isn't a \"make coffee and watch\" internship. You'll be thrown into the deep end of real operations: live inventory, ERP systems, logistics flows, repair management, and supply chain decisions that actually matter. If you want to understand how a real B2B operation runs from the inside, this is your seat.
What You'll Do
* Own and improve our inventory and stock management processes (supply chain + ERP)
* Work hands-on in the warehouse: receiving, tracking, dispatching, and organizing repair flows
* Coordinate with our customer service and logistics teams to hit delivery targets
* Support the rollout of operational tooling and digital workflows
* Help manage our repair pipeline across in-house mechanics and external partners
* Identify inefficiencies and actually fix them — your ideas will be heard
What You'll Learn
This role touches everything: warehouse operations, ERP/WMS systems, inbound/outbound logistics, repair workflow management, inventory control, and B2B client coordination. By the end, you'll have a real, multi-dimensional operations skill set — not a bullet point on a CV.
What You'll Need:
* Currently enrolled (min. 4 days/week available) OR recently graduated and eligible for a traineeship program — CIP via Actiris strongly preferred
* Fluent in English (required); French/Dutch is a plus
* Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business preferred
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
* A team player who solves problems instead of pointing at them
What we offer:
* Paid traineeship (CIP/Actiris framework preferred)
* Real responsibility from day one — no busywork
* Free e-scooter subscription
* Regular team lunches, drinks & dinners
* A tight-knit, experienced team that's actually fun to work with
* Genuine hiring potential at the end of the traineeship
Start date: Immediately
Duration: 4–6 months
