Service Operations Manager

Your responsibilities:
1. Ensure seamless execution of service contracts in alignment with Service Sales commitments
2. Manage service capacity and resource planning based on sales forecasts and market demand
3. Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and performance monitoring
4. Lead team development through structured onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing
5. Act as the key operational partner to Service Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
6. Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction (NPS/CES)
7. Protect revenue and margins by minimizing delays, penalties, and execution gaps
8. Enable scalable growth of the service business through strong operational foundations
Strengthen brand credibility through consistent and reliable service execution
What you bring along:
9. Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical background, or high school degree with strong technical background
10. Previous work experience in the field of HVAC and/or service business
11. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, solution-driven and supportive personality
12. High motivation and willingness to learn?
13. Fluent English skills
14. Team-oriented and willingness to support colleagues and team spirit
