Your responsibilities:
As IT Support engineer you will be the link between our IT service desk and employees.
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (e.g., account setup, access rights).
* Managing invoices received by the service desk
* Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.

* You have a basic IT background - a professional experience in the field is a plus
* You are passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems.
* You thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
* You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Louvain-la-Neuve and Tournai
* You have a strong customer-service mindset and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
* You are organized and rigorous
* You are comfortable working in French & English. Dutch is a plus, not a must.
