Key Account Manager in Oncology and Neurology

Orion Pharma is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our pharmaceutical products in Belgium.

* Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets, focusing on oncology and neurology markets.
* Engage with healthcare professionals to promote product adoption and drive business growth.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare experts in the region.
* Organize training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
* Represent our company at national and international medical congresses.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* A degree in Life Sciences or a related field, preferably with a pharmaceutical background.
* At least 2 years of experience as a hospital sales representative, with expertise in oncology and neurology a significant asset.
* Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written.
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills, with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
* Proficiency in IT systems and multichannel management, with high social skills and empathy.
* Identification with our corporate values and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
