We are supporting a major
NATO programme
that plays a critical role in protecting Europe's most sensitive information systems, and we're looking for a
CIS Security Officer
to join this mission in
Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. In this role, you'll be part of a high-impact security team safeguarding NATO-managed CIS environments. You'll perform security audits, shape mitigation plans, contribute to accreditation documentation, guide senior leadership, and help strengthen the overall cyber defence posture of one of the most important organisations in the world. What you need: NATO Secret clearance (CTS or eligible for CTS is ideal). A degree in Computer Science with 2+ years CIS Security experience, or 6+ years of progressive hands-on experience. CISSP or CISA certification. Strong understanding of security principles, vulnerabilities, network defence, and critical security controls. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Nice to have: Experience with NATO frameworks, accreditation methodologies, satellite or radio communications, large CIS environments, and working in international or mixed military-civilian teams.
