Job Description
As an Area Manager, your role is to ensure the commercial performance of the Franchise network.
More specifically, your responsibilities focus on three main areas:
1 - Business Development: You are responsible for upholding the brand's service quality and image within your area:
* With your natural empathy, you easily build a relationship of trust with store managers.
* You communicate effectively to share the group's best commercial practices and strategic guidelines from headquarters.
* Insightful, you are able to propose growth levers to support each store's revenue development (training, product merchandising, processes, tools, local communication plans, etc.).
* In collaboration with dedicated head office teams, you support new store openings and renovation projects as needed.
2 - Management/Performance Monitoring: You oversee the economic and administrative management of your sector.
* You provide genuine support for each store's revenue growth: you track performance indicators and propose appropriate action plans.
3 - Internal Cross-functional Communication:
* You take part in the implementation or evolution of corporate projects.
* Curious and proactive, you regularly conduct competitive monitoring within your area.
* As the key contact and liaison between headquarters and the network, you share the network's best practices.
The Successful Applicant
* Master in Business Engineering or Economics.
* A successful experience of 4 to 7 years in a similar position.
* Expereince with Franchise network is a strong asset.
* Strong analytical skills, solid business and customer focus, and rigor to manage daily performance.
* What will really set you apart is your energy, charisma, and motivation to manage and engage the network on a daily basis.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
