About the Role
The Site Supervisor Distribution is responsible for the complete practical organization of construction sites. This includes translating kickoff meetings into detailed work plans and developing staffing schedules.
Key responsibilities include project preparation, project execution, administration, communication, and problem-solving.
* Project Preparation: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and create a detailed work plan to ensure successful project execution.
* Project Execution: Supervise and manage construction sites, implement safety protocols, collaborate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and provide guidance and support.
* Administration: Handle permit applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reporting of hours worked and absences.
* Communication: Foster clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project coordination.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong interest in the cable and pipeline sector, as well as the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a construction-related field or at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
* A hands-on mentality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills in English and French and/or Dutch.
