Job description
Description/Role: We are hiring an Agile Service Delivery Manager within the Data Build Cluster. This role bridges vendor-based scrum teams and internal governance stakeholders, ensuring agile delivery performance, operational alignment, and continuous improvement. The ASDM will monitor sprint delivery, manage KPIs, and act as a key escalation point while fostering agile maturity across teams. Responsibilities:
· Monitor sprint delivery and ensure commitments are met
· Track and challenge delivery KPIs (velocity, quality, stability, incident trends)
· Act as an operational escalation point for vendor teams
· Manage service delivery and vendor contracts
· Consolidate insights and report to governance stakeholders
· Advocate agile ways of working and support team autonomy
· Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
· Coach and guide teams, ensuring quality and SLA compliance
· Initiate and lead service improvement projects
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across delivery layers
Profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Relevant Master's degree
· Minimum 7 years of experience in service delivery, vendor management, and agile environments
· Strong understanding of technology and service management in telecom or similar sectors
· Experience with KPI analysis and reporting

· Proven experience in service delivery and vendor management
· Agile delivery knowledge and hands-on experience
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Leadership and coaching capabilities
