Responsibilities The candidate will be involved in projects related to the Veeva Vault Clinical Development Cloud, including supporting change requests, major projects, and data migration tasks. A typical day for the Veeva Vault Quality SME includes Providing technical design and guidance for Veeva Vault systems Collaborating with project teams to support change requests and ongoing projects Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring compliance with validation requirements Configuring Veeva Vault systems and documenting configuration changes Staying updated with the latest Veeva features and enhancements Occasionally training team members on Veeva Vault systems Requirements Must have Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault systems, especially in quality and regulatory domains Certification in Veeva Vault platform administration Experience with GxP systems and validation Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Language requirements: Fluent in English Years of experience: In the position: Min 5 years Nice to have Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field Knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, and web services Experience with system deployments and data migration Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to write and execute test scripts using tools like Qalm Ability to work independently and as part of a team
