Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the SAP HCM module.
* Implement technical improvements and support optimization of SAP HCM processes.
* Support integration with external systems via IDOCs and Web Services.
* Perform code debugging, performance tuning, and technical testing.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
Skills Required:
* Experience with HCM module, ALV Reports, SmartForms, Enhancements, BAPIs, IDOCs, Web Services.
* Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization skills.
