We're looking for a Medior UX UI Designer to join the team of one of our clients.
Context
To support organizational changes within the Retail & B2B department, we are looking for an Interim UX Designer.
You will join the digital team, working on various customer and partner applications. Using a Design Thinking approach, you will collaborate closely with the UI designer, developers, and Product Owners. Your mission is to co-design solutions that resolve complex interface challenges while ensuring a coherent customer journey aligned with user needs, particularly for professional and large business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze & Exploit: Research, Audit & Synthesis
* Frame projects to clarify problems, define objectives, and identify users.
* Conduct user research, including:
* Ergonomic audits
* Competitive benchmarks
* Data analysis
* User interviews
* Persona creation
* Experience mapping
Imagine, Prioritize & Design: From Ideas to Screens
* Prepare and lead ideation workshops with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Produce high-quality deliverables:
* Wireframes
* UI mockups
* Interactive prototypes
* Design systems
* Prepare and conduct user tests to gather feedback before development.
* Apply a continuous improvement approach.
Evangelize UX Across the Company
* Engage business squads in design thinking methodology and workshops.
* Promote UX best practices with patience and pedagogy.

Soft Skills
