Position Overview: The analyst is business analyst for the Testudo squad. This squad supports and maintains the central data store. The analyst · Maintains the data model · Profiles the data to understand the data · To extend/improve the data model · To support database users · Defines mapping/transformation rules that convert source data into the data model · Assist the developer to ensure correct implementation of the specification · Test the development · Ensure implementation in production · Supports the data steward to monitor data quality · Provides second or third line to users within the back office, reporting teams, the tribe and within Risk What you'll do: · Experience with credits · Experience in supporting a development squad in an agile environment · Experience of working in a large company/complex business environment · 2 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in functional analysis · Experience in large scale IT development · Expertise in data analysis, requirements documentation, testing · Experience in a squad developing a database used for · Experience with SQL · Functional / technical analysis skills · Medium to expert knowledge of standard MS tools and technologies: Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access · Testing capabilities What you bring: · Team player, project minded · Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude · Good communication and influencing skills · Good analytical and synthesis skills · Autonomy, commitment and perseverance · Precision - good communication skills in writing - respect of the deadlines - attentive to the quality of the deliverables · Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
