Lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for a fast-growing, international FMCG company.
You will take ownership of the supply chain across the Benelux region, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high-quality delivery. The role involves overseeing production planning, inventory management, and logistics while driving continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build scalable and resilient processes.
* Design and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations.
* Manage inventory, production planning, and distribution logistics.
* Supervise warehouse operations and support the operations team.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance process efficiency.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
What we expect from you:
* 5+ years of experience in FMCG or food & beverage supply chain management.
* Hands-on experience in production environments and operational logistics.
* Proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP systems.
* Fluent in Dutch AND English
