Key Responsibilities

* Team Leadership: Managing a group of Java developers, defining their responsibilities, and allocating tasks effectively.
* Quality Assurance: Organizing and overseeing code review activities to maintain high standards.
* Strategic Design: Providing abstract reasoning to improve existing applications and designing robust architectures for new developments.
* Business Alignment: Translating complex business needs into a coherent architectural vision across various functional domains.

Technical Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate mastery in the following technologies and experience levels:
* Java EE: 10+ years
* RDBMS / SQL / JPA: 10+ years
* REST Web Services: 8+ years
* Angular: 5+ years
* Spring Framework: 5+ years
* Security (oAuth): 3+ years
Language & Legal Requirements
* Languages: Proficiency in either French or Dutch is required, along with at least a functional working knowledge of the second national language.
* Citizenship: Due to specific legal obligations associated with this project, candidates must hold Belgian nationality.
