Our client, a major organization in the transport and logistics sector, is initiating a significant renewal phase of its managed services contract. The project involves orchestrating the migration of services, systems, and responsibilities across complex cloud and on-premises environments. This role serves as the primary technical link between internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless continuity and high-quality knowledge transfer.
Develop and maintain comprehensive transition plans, timelines, and technical checklists to ensure project alignment.
Coordinate technical onboarding and offboarding activities between internal teams and external service providers.
Orchestrate technical knowledge transfer, including documentation handovers, system access transfers, and process walkthroughs.
Identify potential transition risks and implement robust mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Oversee the accuracy of technical documentation, asset inventories, and configuration records prior to handover.
Monitor early-life support phases and validate system stability post-transition to prevent service disruptions.
15+ years of professional experience within an IT environment.
10+ years of experience in technical transition coordination specifically between outsourcing partners.
10+ years of expertise in IT infrastructure domains including Servers, Networks, and Cloud Platforms.
10+ years of experience coordinating technical documentation such as Runbooks, SOPs, and Asset/Configuration Records.
10+ years of experience managing complex workstreams using structured project plans and tracking tools.
You possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
You are fluent in Dutch or French (C1 level) and possess at least B2 level proficiency in the other national language and English.
Nice to Haves
Experience with specific monitoring infrastructure tools and colocation services.
