Responsibilities
* Delivery of AI Solutions: Ensure the delivery of performant, robust AI solutions that create value in their respective value pool(s).
* Project Follow-Up: Follow up on projects, attend customer meetings if needed, make sure projects progress as planned and flag risks to Delivery Lead if relevant.
* Technical Support: Provide general technical guidance for projects and coordinate accordingly if additional support from technical enabler teams is necessary.
* Project Status & Value Reporting: Be responsible for project status and value reporting in their respective value pool(s).
* Quality Delivery & KPI Achievements: Be accountable for quality delivery and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Project Documentation: Ensure project documentation is maintained, with Data Scientists responsible and the Delivery Owner accountable.
* Data Scientist Coaching: Act as a coach for Data Scientists in order to support them in the delivery of their projects.
* Team & Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment between Data Scientists and stakeholders happens efficiently.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and trusted partner for the customers of their value pool(s).
* Roadmap Definition: Together with the Program Manager and the business counterpart, maximizes value delivered by AI by supporting the roadmap definition.
* Capacity Optimization: Detect Data Scientist(s) having additional bandwidth to optimize value pool project assignment across value pools.
* Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process for roles in their scope.
* Onboarding Support: Support onboarding for new team members in their scope.
* Collaboration: Responsible for project visibility and enabling potential synergies within or across value pool(s).
* Stay Up To Date: Follow up on the latest trends and technologies in AI, in particular related to their value pool(s).
