Key Responsibilities
* Lead system improvement projects across Quality, Safety, Environment, and Information Security domains.
* Drive certification readiness by preparing for and leading external/internal audits; ensure compliance with key standards and customer-specific requirements.
* Coch and guide internal teams: run training and awareness sessions on standards and best practices.
* Own process governance: support process owners in aligning documentation, controls, and KPIs with business and compliance needs.
* Ensure continuous alignment with evolving standards and customer expectations.
* Act as audit lead: coordinate internal assessments and self-evaluations, following up on actions and improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Solid experience with management systems (IATF, ISO standards, TISAX, etc.) in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
* Hands-on expertise in audits, system improvements, and certification processes.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and cultures.
* Fluency in French & English.
* Ability to work across two Belgian sites and travel occasionally within Europe.
