Decathlon Belgium's Customer Service team is looking for a Data Intern to join its team !

As a Data Intern within our Customer Service team, you will be involved in the following aspects:
1. Developing existing reports for the Customer Relations Center.
2. Creating new reports.
3. Assisting clients in understanding their reporting needs.

Are you currently a student in marketing, data science, or computer science ? And yo are looking for an unpaid internship lasting a minimum of 3 months ? Then this opportunity is for you !
As Data Intern in our team, you have a keen interest in the field of customer service. You are rigorous, organized, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are proactive, curious, and enjoy teamwork.
Also, you have :
4. a strong interest in data analysis.
5. knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.). Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) would be a plus.
6. Languages: you speak at least FR or NL and you can understand one of the other national language.
