Your role
As a true
ambassador of Akkodis
, you will act as the central link between our client, our internal teams and our strategic vision. You combine business acumen with relationship management and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include:

* Monitor commercial performance (P&L, forecasts, KPIs) and proactively anticipate future needs.

* Identify new opportunities and collaborate closely with recruitment, delivery, sales and global teams to bring them to life.
* Managing complexity with confidence
* Handle sensitive or complex situations with professionalism, agility and foresight.
Your profile
* You are fluent in
French and English
in a professional environment.
* You have
proven experience
in Key Account Management or strategic account leadership.
* You are a
strong communicator and influencer
, comfortable engaging at senior level and telling a compelling business story.
* You thrive in a
results-driven environment
, managing complex contracts while keeping a clear view on outcomes.
* Your strengths include
active listening, negotiation and impactful presentations
.
* You hold a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Business, Sales or a related field and have solid financial awareness.
* Experience in
Life Sciences or the pharmaceutical sector
, as well as familiarity with project- or service-based delivery models.
