As a Relationship Manager Health & Benefits in Belgium, you will be responsible for managing your own broking portfolio, working with both local and international clients. You will advise clients on a broad range of complex projects related to the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive Health & Benefits programs; including medical, dental, life, disability, time-off, and flexible benefits. You will be part of the Belgian Health & Benefits team, contributing your expertise to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client service.
The Role
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
1. Identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio and actively prospect new Belgian clients;
2. Ensure consistent, high-quality client management and deliverables for your assigned accounts;
3. Lead placement and negotiation processes with vendors;
4. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through clear communication and efficient project execution;
5. Contribute to initiatives within the Specialty area, including health management and wellness programs, disability and absence management, pharmacy and claims audits.
