Main responsibilities
This strategic position reports in solid line to the Managing Director and in dotted line to the Group CFO, and is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, financial and management control activities, sustaining the innovation of the function,in line with the Group’s new business priorities and the growing centrality of the Italian branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the Group’s objectives
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements
* Supervise management control and internal audit activities
* Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and medium/long-term financing
* Oversee customer credit control and maintain relationships with factoring companies
* Coordinate business risk insurance
* Work closely and proactively with international finance teams
Candidate profile
Requirements
* Degree in Economics or related fields
* At least 5 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related sectors, with exposure to manufacturing and/or international environment as plus.
* Deep knowledge of accounting, tax regulations, and international financial practices
* Fluency in English
