A leading global service provider in the aviation industry is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Machelen. This permanent, full-time position offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery for clients. You will be at the heart of operations, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Your daily activities will revolve around managing relationships with airline clients by serving as their trusted point of contact throughout every stage of the collaboration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for airline customers, ensuring all needs are met with care and professionalism.
Act as the interface between external airline clients and internal operational teams to facilitate clear communication and efficient service delivery
Provide centralized operational communication between the unit and clients, ensuring information flows smoothly both externally and internally.
Build excellent relationships with stakeholders to retain customers and create unique operational and commercial collaborations.
Handle requests, complaints, and emergency situations promptly with sensitivity and professionalism to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor crew comments and feedback closely, ensuring appropriate responses are delivered within 24 hours to address concerns effectively.
Participate actively in customer meetings and performance reviews to continuously improve service standards.
Receive, verify, and confirm orders.
Coordinate with production, logistics, quality control, and airside transport teams to ensure all aspects of service preparation and delivery meet agreed specifications.
What you bring:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the aviation industry is a big plus
You are fluent in English, knowledge Dutch or French is a plus
You can be described as customer-focused, empathic and a good negotiator
Client satisfaction is your priority
You show resilience in stressful situations
