For one of our key international clients, specialized in the energy sector, we are looking for a Head of Shared Services Center – Finance Transformation to support the transformation of Finance operations across a growing portfolio of international entities.In a context of accelerated international expansion and diversification of activities, the organization is redesigning its Finance operating model to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across multiple geographies.A new international structure is being implemented to harmonize governance, standardize processes, and support both regulated and non-regulated activities.
As Head of SSC – Accounting & Tax / Transformation Manager, you will play a dual role combining transformation leadership and operational ownership .In an initial phase (2026), you will lead a major Finance transformation program, including the implementation of a new Target Operating Model and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.From 2027 onwards, you will take full ownership of the Shared Services Center operations, ensuring performance, compliance, and service excellence across all entities in scope.
Lead the Finance transformation program, including:Implementation of the Target Operating Model and service delivery modelChange management and adoption across international affiliatesAct as Finance Project Manager / Business Lead for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud:Define roadmap, planning, and key deliverablesFacilitate cross-functional workshops (Accounting, Tax, Master Data, IT, affiliates)Coordinate internal teams and external partners (integrators, consultants)Accounting & Tax Operational OwnershipOwn end-to-end Accounting & Tax delivery (internal and outsourced)Audit readinessHigh-quality financial dataCompliance with tax obligations (direct & indirect taxes)Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Finance operations towards affiliates
Lead and coordinate the internal SSC teamManage the centralized BPO model:Contract and relationship managementFoster a strong service-oriented culture focused on performance and internal customer satisfaction
Oversight of cash collection and applicationSupervision of customer master dataOversight of intercompany, fixed assets, payroll, and project accountingFiling of statutory accountsTaxMonitoring of tax complianceValidation of tax deliverablesCoordination with tax experts and future tax leadership
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud & PSAAct as Finance Key User or lead Finance Key UsersMaster data governanceProject accounting (PSA)
10–15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling~ Strong experience in complex international environments~ Shared Services / BPO / outsourcing models~ Finance transformation programs~ ERP implementations (SAP strongly preferred)~ Strong accounting background with solid tax knowledge (compliance)~ International exposure (Middle East / Asia is a strong asset)
