About Our Client

Job Description
* Collaborate with Product Owners to define and evolve digital channel features
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
* Write detailed acceptance criteria to support development and testing
* Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and performance metrics
* Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
* Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security stakeholders
* Maintain visibility over the product backlog and support prioritization
* Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, reviews)
* Oversee user acceptance testing and validation activities
* Define and execute test scenarios in collaboration with QA teams
* Prepare internal stakeholders for releases and functional changes
The Successful Applicant
* 2-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
* Strong background in requirements gathering and functional analysis
* Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized
* Strong interest in digital products, mobile apps, and web platforms
* Affinity for user experience and customer-centric design
* Experience in financial services, payments, or trading is an advantage
* Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing is a plus
