We are looking for a highly driven Air & Sea Freight Booking Specialist to join our team and manage both air cargo and ocean freight operations.
This is a key role for someone who understands logistics globally and can handle time-critical air shipments as well as high-volume sea freight flows.
You will be at the center of operations, working directly with clients, carriers, and partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end air freight (scheduled & charter) and sea freight (FCL / LCL) bookings
Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs, and global agents
Handle quotations, pricing, and rate negotiations
Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and clients
Optimize routing, cost efficiency, and transit times
Monitor shipments and proactively solve disruptions (delays, rollovers, capacity issues)
Ensure full compliance with international transport regulations
Maintain accurate operational and commercial reporting
Profile :
Experience in freight forwarding / air cargo / ocean freight (minimum 2–3 years)
Strong understanding of both air and sea logistics flows
Existing network in forwarders, airlines, or shipping lines is a big advantage
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-driven
Fluent in English (French/Dutch is a plus)
