Role & Responsibilities
* Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team
* Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews
* Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python)
* Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions
* Coordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning
* Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges
* Ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and security
* Supervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities
* Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement
* Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress
Qualifications
Your Profile
* University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
* A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.
* Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
* Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
* Strong sense of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
* Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and continuously seeking improvement.
Technical Skills
Solid experience with:
* Java backend development
* Angular frontend development
* SQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization)
* Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.
Knowledge of the following would be considered an asset:
* ng-grid (or similar grid libraries)
* AWS cloud development (Lambda, S3, EC2…)
* Python for automation, scripting, or integration tasks
