You will be part of the Air Traffic Management (ATM) area, where we design, implement, and maintain essential infrastructures and technological platforms that ensure the safe and efficient management of air traffic worldwide.
💡 What will you do?
As an RF / Electronic Warfare (EW) Project Engineer, you will play a key role within the Defense and Aeronautics project engineering team, participating in system integration activities mainly within EW projects.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Ensure technical requirements compliance across engineering activities.
* Identify needs and define system requirements for EW projects (direction finding systems, receivers, recorders, signal generators, antennas, etc.).
* Analyze technical and radio‑electrical characteristics of EW equipment and systems.
* Draft technical reports and specification documents.
* Monitor the development and manufacturing of EW equipment by suppliers.
* Perform verification and validation of EW systems and equipment.
* Support commissioning and deployment of EW solutions.
* Produce wiring diagrams, system diagrams, and related documentation.
* Assess the impact of national and NATO standards.
* Conduct radio‑electrical compatibility studies from both technical and regulatory perspectives.
* In collaboration with the Project Manager:
* Monitor task schedules and budgets.
* Negotiate scope and pricing with suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and regulations.
* Oversee suppliers and manufacturers.
* Participate in meetings with clients and suppliers.
🎯 What are we looking for?
* Telecommunications Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master), specialization in radiocommunications.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in radiocommunications projects.
* Experience with system engineering activities for RF / EW solutions.
* Proficiency in Office tools and MS Project.
* Strong analytical capability and problem‑solving mindset.
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
* Teamwork skills and ease in technical meetings.
* English level B2–C1.
