As a Robotics Mechanical Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our robotic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating Bills of Materials (BoMs) in SolidWorks PDM system, generating and updating exploded views and technical drawings from SolidWorks assemblies, collaborating with production team to write and update production manuals and assembly instructions, and ensuring consistency of technical data between CAD models, BoMs, and documentation.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of SolidWorks, particularly for creating exploded views and detailed assembly drawings. Experience with PDM/PLM systems is also a plus. You should have excellent communication skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently, and a solid understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, production technology, or a similar technical field, with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and ability to analyze assemblies from production and improve production tools are required.
