Overview We are supporting a leading organisation in the financial services sector in their search for a
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
. This role will play a key part in shaping the
HR systems roadmap
, advising on new SuccessFactors capabilities, and supporting the evolution of the current landscape. The position also carries a
product-oriented element
, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead functional ownership of
SAP SuccessFactors modules
(e.g. EC, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, etc.) Advise on the
HR technology roadmap
, including adoption of new features and innovations Act as a
trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
, translating requirements into scalable solutions Contribute to
solution design and configuration
, with awareness of technical dependencies Support
continuous improvement initiatives
across the SuccessFactors landscape Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure
successful delivery and adoption Take on a
product ownership mindset
, prioritising enhancements and aligning with business value
Key Requirements Proven experience as a
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Strong knowledge across one or more SuccessFactors modules (EC preferred) Ability to
define and influence HR system roadmaps Experience working closely with business stakeholders in a
consultative capacity Good understanding of
technical architecture and integrations
within SuccessFactors Experience in
Agile or product-led environments Strong communication skills with the ability to operate across
functional and technical teams
Nice to Have Experience in
financial services or regulated environments Exposure to
SAP HCM integration or SAP BTP Previous experience acting as a
Product Owner or similar role
