Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role based in Antwerp, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Management Intern at cloudshaper, you will assist in organizational and operational tasks, coordinate projects with artists and team members, and contribute to the development and execution of innovative AI and entertainment initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may also include scheduling, maintaining records, conducting industry research, and supporting the management team with administrative and creative tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills
* Familiarity with research, market analysis, and data organization
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency in basic administrative tools and digital platforms
* Creative thinking and enthusiasm for music, arts, and innovative industries
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
* Basic understanding of the entertainment business and interest in AI is a plus
* Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Arts Management, or a related field is preferred
