Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead their data office program. This role focuses on driving data-driven decision-making and innovation through the development of robust governance, data strategies, and AI integration.
Lead and structure the data office program to enhance data-driven operations and strategic decision-making.
Develop and refine a comprehensive data strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
Act as a strategic lead for data initiatives, focusing on innovation and the adoption of AI.
Foster data governance and data literacy by engaging with business leadership at the director level.
Manage complex projects and professionalize general data management practices across the organization.
Align business objectives with the execution of the data strategy roadmap to ensure broad organizational support.
8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, AI, or Business Intelligence.
8+ years of proven experience in people management, leading teams of 15+ individuals.
Extensive experience in managing complex projects within Agile environments.
Strong background in Strategic Management and stakeholder engagement within complex structures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive leadership and a solution-oriented mindset.
You are fluent in Dutch with professional proficiency in French and English.
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of FISP 2.
Experience driving innovation through organizational change.
