We are hiring an AI Data & Insights Analyst.
What you will do
* Analyse business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement
* Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to support AI models
* Build and validate analytical models (ML, NLP, predictive analytics) in collaboration with data scientists
* Translate AI model results into actionable insights for business stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with data governance, ethics, and explainability requirements
* Support prototyping and proof-of-concept projects in Agile sprints
What you bring
* 3+ years in data analysis or analytics-focused AI roles
* Strong skills in Python, SQL, and at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
* Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Knowledge of AI ethics, explainable AI (XAI), and data governance principles
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Ability to communicate complex AI outputs in clear business language
