We are looking for: Sales Manager Growth Segments (Benelux)
Job description:
* Develop revenue of Non cellular business units of Quectel, WIFI / Lora / Bluetooth / Satellite / GNSS and services
* Define target list of accounts and opportunities to follow up together directly or together with distributors
* Increase the number of opportunities visiting exhibitions, using available market maps, reaching the inside sales leads and web shop sales
* Check and update Salesforce database
* Work closely with RSM and PM to define next steps forecast and budge
* Work autonomously, be curious, understand the market and technologies
Job requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of sales experience in wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, LoRa, Bluetooth, Satellite, GNSS) or related IoT/telecom sectors.
* Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in a technical B2B sales environment.
* Strong knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with customers, partners, and distributors
* Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate curiosity, and quickly understand new markets and technologies.
* Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.
