Store Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed all qualitative and quantitative targets for the store as defined by the company.
* Ensure all procedures, processes, and actions defined by the company and Sales Managers are correctly implemented.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards and keep excellent relationships with key clients.
* Recruit, evaluate, and motivate store staff to achieve goals.
* Train and develop staff on products, procedures, and sales techniques.
* Guarantee that all safety and security standards are adhered to.
* Set and control individual and store sales goals, KPIs, tasks, and take corrective action when necessary.
* Act as a principal contact point between customers and the company.
