In the AI teams we create and manage data & AI products. The role we want to fill, is part of the cross-functional Segment of 1 Always-on team. With this team, we ensure that data and AI is leveraged effectively to support decision-making in hyper-personalized always-on campaigning across the organization. Your Responsibilities as Business Consultant The role of a business consultant in the Segment of 1 Always-on team bridges business needs and technical solutions by translating business requirements into detailed solution designs for hyper-personalized Always-on campaigns. You will do this with a consistent focus on business value delivery, and strong involvement in business transformation exercises where necessary. You work closely together with the Product Owner and senior peers, with architects, business analysts and marketeers to design reliable and scalable always-on campaigns. We interact on a daily base with onshore and offshore developers and testers to ensure timely delivery of high quality and sustainable solutions. In short, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues and domain experts who will support you, challenge you, and help you grow. This is for a business consultant or solution-minded professional who's been waiting for a role where you can truly make an impact. Our Ideal Business Consultant You have a Master’s of Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management…) or equivalent by experience. You have relevant experience in a similar context. You are familiar with the configuration of CRM systems, campaign management systems or other Martech systems. You are highly analytical, understand the power of AI and are able to translate it into business value. You no longer need an explanation about these topics; you simply know them: A/B testing, control groups, and calculating the ROI of a campaign. You are a real change-maker. You are able to manage and convince stakeholders and to navigate in a fast-changing business environment. You can deal with ambiguity and uncertainty, and with your natural coolness, you manage to find the right solution for every issue. You are flexible: you can handle change and adapt quickly. However, you are absolutely not flexible about business ethics, privacy and data protection. You read, speak, and write Dutch and English fluently.
